Who we are

brokersin.space is a brokerage service. It helps founders sell their digital businesses - mobile apps, SaaS, tools, extensions - by connecting them with buyers from a private buyer network. The brokerage represents the seller's interest in reaching the best possible exit.

No fees to sellers

Sellers pay no fees, no commissions, and no charges. brokersin.space does not take a percentage of the sale. Compensation is a markup of up to 15%, added on top of the sale and covered by the buyer. The seller keeps their full asking amount.

No access to private data

brokersin.space does not request, collect, or store any sensitive or private information about a project:

  • No source code.
  • No account credentials, keys, or admin access.
  • No private financials beyond what is already publicly displayed.

Work is based solely on publicly available, open information - public listings, publicly verified revenue metrics, and public profiles. The only detail used from the seller is their stated preferences for the sale (target price, timeline, closing method). Nothing is ever sold, rented, or shared.

How the process works

  1. A pitch and the project's key metrics are prepared and shared with the buyer network.
  2. In parallel, the project can be listed across relevant marketplaces and auctions for price discovery.
  3. A ready buyer closes the deal through a neutral escrow service of the seller's choice (for example Escrow.com). brokersin.space never handles the funds.
  4. The seller stays in control throughout and decides whether to accept any offer.

No exclusivity, no obligation

No exclusivity is required - a seller may keep selling elsewhere at the same time. Engaging costs nothing and commits to nothing. brokersin.space earns only when a deal the seller accepts closes.

No guarantee

A sale is not guaranteed. A successful sale is in brokersin.space's direct interest, since compensation depends on it - the brokerage's goal is fully aligned with the seller's.

Transparency

These terms are published so anyone can verify how the brokerage operates before sharing anything. brokersin.space holds no private access to a seller's business and takes nothing from the seller's side of the deal.
